LT-25-M是25GHz 带宽光发射机模块，是为RF over fiber、天线遥控和使用单模光纤宽带RF发射应用而设计的。这个模块使用了低噪声、窄线宽、1550nmDFB激光二极管作为连续光源。宽带的LiNbO3光学调制器用于提供线性调制能力，可达到30GHz调制带宽。这个外部调制发射器设计提供了高无假响应动态范围和高的输入截止点性能。当由宽带调制器驱动器驱动时，这个LT-25-M也能够用于数字传输。
